Business Requirement
With staff members dealing with 1000’s of emails and complicated logistics to efficiently deliver the good services for which the client is known, the client sought to improve their staff’s skills and efficiency in Outlook management, and in Microsoft Excel.The client wished to offer their staff standardised and high quality hands on training at their own offices in Heathrow, Manchester, Aberdeen and Birmingham.
Solution
An extensive TNA (Training Needs Analysis) was undertaken to asses the Excel & Outlook requirements of each member of staff.To accommodate the busy schedules of staff, tailored half day courses in Excel Intermediate, Excel Advanced and Outlook were designed.
‘Roadshows’ in the form of online presentations, and seminar events were created to boost awareness and buy-in from staff.
Training took place at the client's sites in Heathrow, Manchester, Aberdeen and Oxford; Laptops were provided.
A project manager was selected to liaise with stakeholders to ensure training delivery was choreographed seamlessly across the 4 different sites, including shipping of IT equipment.
